High Hope Cider is crafted in a charming shop located on Ossington Avenue, in Toronto. All our ciders are fermented on-site using carefully selected blends of Ontario apples.

Each batch is produced in small quantities, leading to unique variations shaped by the specific blend of apples, the terroir of Ontario's diverse subregions, and the distinct characteristics contributed by the yeast cultures.
